A fundraiser to help a Radcliff man get a new service dog is coming up this Wednesday. The News Enterprise says Michael Mullarkey has epilepsy. His service dog Mirage passed away in October. She was a Brittany spaniel-Australian shepherd mix, and trained to warn him of oncoming seizures. Now that she’s gone, fifteen thousand dollars is need to get another service animal. The fundraiser Wednesday is at Colvin Community Center in Radcliff. They’ll have a guest speaker and a demonstration on service animals starting at 5 p.m.
