Louisville Man Busted for Phoney Checks In Larue Co

A Louisville man has been charged with forgery and crim­i­nal pos­ses­sion of forged instru­ment after he allegedly tried to cash a phoney check at a Larue County con­ve­nience store. The Larue County Her­ald says 27 year old Derek Saun­ders is accused of try­ing to cash a fake pay­roll check from Sun­rise Manor Nursing…and he used his real driver’s license as proof of iden­tity. The forged check was for $384.
