A Louisville man has been charged with forgery and criminal possession of forged instrument after he allegedly tried to cash a phoney check at a Larue County convenience store. The Larue County Herald says 27 year old Derek Saunders is accused of trying to cash a fake payroll check from Sunrise Manor Nursing…and he used his real driver’s license as proof of identity. The forged check was for $384.
